1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Note: High volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances might cause slight delays. We will communicate any significant delays directly.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We deliver across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3 to 7 business days.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on prepaid orders [Or insert minimum order value, e.g., above ₹999].

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on most electronic items and speakers.

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be put on hold or cancelled.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.

5. Delivery Issues & Undeliverable Packages Please ensure that the full delivery address, landmark, and active mobile number are entered correctly at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, our support team will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
